Basu Dev Upadhya, Again!

Samtse Dzongkhag awards Basu Dev Upadhya who stood 3rd in BHSEC 2019 coinciding with 40th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty The King. He scored 89%. He also topped BCSE 2017 at 3rd with 92.20%.

The family of Samtse Higher Secondary School once more congratulate Basu for his achievement.
